I saw an app for iphone called Cocopper, & I thought it was pretty cool because you could change an icon for an app in your phone. Sadly, I dont have an iPhone, so I was looking for an app for android, but NO LUCK. But I came across with an app called 'Icon Changer Free' & i discovered that it could help you change the Icon but it was up to me to find the app Icon. Here you'll find some icons you can use for your android, Some of them i found & some of them I made. Hope you'll like some!
